Main frame strength

　　The durable design of the mainframe simplifies repair and maintenance,achieving optimal availability and helping you get more done.The D11T/D11T CD mainframe is well designed to absorb high impact loads and torsion in demanding earthmoving and cracking applications.It is not often that the original frame can still be used(with a small amount of welding work)even after the machine has undergone many refurbishments.

　　The frame guide rail adopts the whole box cross section design,so that the components are strictly aligned.

　　The main housing,balance bar saddle and front beam are heavy-duty steel castings and are integrated into the high-load area of the main frame to improve stress distribution and thus durability.

　　The top and bottom guideways are made of continuous rolled steel to ensure superior durability of the mainframe.

　　The main housing keeps the final drive away from the ground operating area to protect it from impact,wear and contamination.

　　The pivot and pin balancing bars keep the crawler support wheels aligned and allow the support wheels to swing for a smoother ride.

　　Heavy-duty castings have ribbed saddles designed to increase rack life.

　　Pin-connected spade holder brings the spade closer to the machine,providing superior maneuverability,balance and penetration.

　　Properly lubricated working surfaces can significantly extend the service life of components and help reduce maintenance costs.

　　The handy maintenance point on the left fender not only provides remote lubrication of the D11T/D11T CD,but also allows the operator or maintenance technician to lubricate the left and right balance bar tailpin and tailpin bearings from a single maintenance point.

　　With the addition of an optional automatic lubrication system,operators can customize the amount of grease required for each application based on volume and service cycle.

　　The CarryDozer rack has been specially designed to withstand the additional rack load generated by the uniquely designed CarryDozer shovel knife.
